1. Reservations will be made upon receipt of a deposit of 10% of the total cost of the holiday, together with the booking form duly signed by the applicant, who will sign on behalf of all persons who will occupy the property during the holiday.

2. Payment of the balance of the total cost of the holiday booking is due 6 weeks before the date of holiday commencement. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches the company by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday.

3. The holiday maker undertakes to keep the Gite & all furniture, fixtures, fittings & facilities in their accommodation & on the site. In the same state of repair & condition as at the commencement of the holiday & also undertake to leave their accommodation in the same state of cleanliness & order as when they arrived.

4. A cleaning & breakages  deposit of £50 is payable for Gite hire. At the end of the holiday the accommodation will be inspected. Any breakage's & damages will be deducted from the deposit the remainder being returned within a week of departure . The interpretation of breakage's or damage will be at the sole discretion of the management.

5. The management will not be liable to the holiday maker for any loss or damage to property however caused. It is the holiday makers responsibility to ensure that they have adequate insurance in place.

6. Management reserve the right to a) refuse entry to the accommodation or site or to refuse to take bookings without giving a reason; b) ask guests behaving in an antisocial manner to vacate their accommodation immediately without recompense; c) make changes to the layout & specification of the accommodation as may be necessary.

7. All guests must strictly observe the safety & welfare instructions displayed. Your attention is specifically drawn to the notices relating to the toilet facilities that are served by a septic tank.

8. The owners are to be allowed access to the Gites at any reasonable time.

9. The number of persons using the accommodation is not to exceed the maximum number stated on the booking form.

10. If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday this contract is legally binding & means in a court of law you will still be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We recommend you consider some form of travel or holiday insurance.

11. In the event of you cancelling your holiday within 6 weeks of commencement you are still liable for the full cost. In such cases we will make every effort to re-let your accommodation. If successful a refund of monies, less deposit, will be returned.

12. The management reserve the right to cancel any booking already made should the property become unavailable for some reason beyond our control. A full refund of monies would be made in these circumstances but the management is under no liability.

13. All sizes & distances are approximate.

14. Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation, or on site communal areas.

15. Pets may be accommodated upon negotiation with the management.
